‘At 67 years of age I am a newcomer to yoga and joined one of Charlie’s classes in January 2024. I was apprehensive at first, but her friendly, enthusiastic and welcoming approach put me at ease. She explains each pose so you understand the benefits to mind and body. She takes the time to correct posture and alignment. I love the variety of movements which keeps things challenging, interesting and fun. I met Charlie twelve years ago and have rarely missed a class since.
