One-to-Ones and Small Groups
I offer one-to-one yoga sessions in people’s homes and online. They are a great way to begin, build or deepen your yoga practice, with tailor-made tuition to suit your level, your requirements and your timetable.
Either through ongoing weekly or monthly classes or a short course, a one-to-one session offers numerous benefits where the content and format are developed to suit your own specific needs.
There are many reasons why you may opt to have private yoga lessons:
You may simply prefer to work this way rather than be in a group class. Or you may wish to develop your own personal practice so that you can then practise on your own at home.
You may have a particular health concern – an injury or physical or mental health issue, for example – that can be better addressed in a one-to-one session.
You may be new to yoga and would feel more comfortable learning the fundamentals initially with personal tuition before going into a group class. Or you may wish to focus on a particular area of yoga, such as restorative yoga, meditation or pranayama.
