Yoga is for everyone

Everyone comes to yoga with their own story, looking for different things.

You may be seeking freer movement with greater strength and balance, or a clearer, calmer mind with less stress.

Whether you are in full health or are struggling in some way, I offer a range of classes and work with people individually to support you on your unique yoga journey.

Since I started teaching fifteen years ago, I have continually seen how yoga can have a positive impact on people’s lives in so many different ways.

My approach is to create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where I offer inclusive and non-competitive yoga classes for everyone of all ages, sizes and fitness levels.  Come and join us for a free trial lesson!

 

Classes

Weekly group classes for different levels take place in Tenterden, Benenden, Rolvenden and Frittenden; also online.

 

Back Pain

Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs is a gentle, evidence-based, specially modified twelve-week course designed to improve chronic lower back pain.

 

One-to-Ones

One-to-one yoga sessions in the comfort of your home and online, tailor-made to suit your level, your requirements and your timetable.  

Workshops

One-off events covering a wider range of yoga and at a deeper level.  Also, private bookings for groups for special occasions and corporate events.
